Victor got three university degrees - master of journalism (majoring in informational warfare), master of philosophy (majoring in philosophy of conscience) and bachelor of Orthodox theology (majoring in Byzantine studies).
 
As a professional journalist and publicist, Victor wrote to a large number of Ukrainian media and now is a popular Ukrainian Facebook political blogger.
 
During 2004 and 2013-2014 years Victor was a Maydan activist. During Russian-Ukrainian war on Donbass he served in Ukrainian Armed Forces and now is a reserve first lieutenant. In the year 2017 Victor became the editor-in-chief of Peter and Mazeppa news outlet, but left this job in 2019 to concentrate on the party work.
 
Victor is married. His passions are cats and Byzantine history.
